We grow Farm to Table Beer on our 5th generation Family Farm!
We’re open Sunday afternoons in October from 12-5pm!
Our Beer Farm
generation family farm
started more than one hundred years ago
of our beer ingredients are grown on-site
all within a few hundred yards of where you can come and sample our beer
We plant, grow, and harvest all of the ingredients on our farm to make our beer. That includes 100% of the barley, wheat, hops, fruit, nuts, berries, and herbs.
Then we take all of those ingredients, even water from our own well, to a nearby brewery and turn them into beer.
Finally we bring the beer back to our farm to enjoy!
Not only is our process a bit unique, but our types of beer are pretty unique too. We start by brewing our signature base beer called Agriculture Ale which is a light easy-drinking blonde ale. We then infuse our Ag Ale on a variety of other crops that we grow on our farm to create different flavor and aroma combinations.
These other crops include things like:
- White wine grapes
- Red wine grapes
- Aronia berries
- Toasted hazelnuts
- Ground cherries
- & many more too!
